LOCATION – RAJASTHAN, UP WEST, UTTARAKHAND
JOB DISCRIPTION:
  • Appointing Delaers & Distributor in their area and managing their sales cycle.
  • Responsible for secondary sales target in his territory.
  • Sourcing the customer leads from the direct market & through channel network.
  • Co-ordinating with marketing & service team for branding and service delivery on time.
  • Preparing daily report and working on followup until closed.

AREA SALES MANAGER:
LOCATION - RAJASTHAN, UP WEST, UTTARAKHAND
JOB DISCRIPTION:
  • Appointing Sales channel network (C&F, Distributor & Dealer) in their area and managing their sales cycle.
  • Recruiting, training and coaching the team and keeping a track of their performance.
  • Responsible for achieving primary & secondary sales target in the area.
  • Strategic planning for increasing sales & width & depth of distribution.
  • Stock Monitoring at C&F Level.
  • Keeping a track of sales & service complaints in his territory.
  • Collecting competition intelligence from the market and MIS DATA ANALYTICS.
  • Co-ordinating with the marketing department for the branding in his area.

SALES CO-ORDINATOR CUM MIS EXECUTIVE:
LOCATION – NOIDA JOB DISCRIPTION:
  • Co-ordinating with the sales team for their sales performance tracking & head office Instruction followup.
  • Tracking the sales team performance for all north india team on day to day basis.
  • Reporting the sales team performance on daily basis.
  • Preparing MIS report & sharing the final analysis report to management for further strategy development.
  • Preparing sales incentive plan & marketing schemes and making sure proper implementation.
  • Co-ordinating between sales, marketing, product development & service department for smooth operations and sales process.
  • Preparing MIS report & sales ANALYSIS Report. '
  • Working as medium between Management and Sales team.

SERVICE EXECUTIVE
LOCATION – UP WEST & RAJASTHAN
JOB DISCRIPTION:
  • Working on complaint from the customers and dealer and resolving the same.
  • Keeping a track of complaint ratio in the product and reporting the same.
  • Working on solar power project enquiry and closing them.
  • Doing commissioning & installation of residential solar project in the territory.
  • Visiting with the sales team for project enquiry and sales leads.
